You can choose between a preferred-provider organization (PPO) plan and a health savings account (HSA) plan from either Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan or Medical Mutual of Ohio, depending on where you live. Both plans offer national coverage with no need for referrals. To make medical care inexpensive for you and your family, we keep your per-paycheck contribution minimal, and we limit out-of-pocket expenses with low co-pays and low deductibles.

Use pre-tax dollars for your health and dependent care expenses by enrolling in one or both of our flexible spending accounts. Dependent care accounts have a bi-weekly company match up to $24!
SHORT AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
We’ll cover you if any medical emergencies arise. You’ll get Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance without having to pay any premiums.
BASIC LIFE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT INSURANCE
We’re here to make sure your family is covered should anything happen. We provide Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance at no cost to you.
401 K PLAN
Quicken Loans offers a comprehensive, industry-leading 401(k) plan through Fidelity Investments. We offer a traditional (pre-tax) and a Roth (post-tax) option. Both are eligible for a company match and you can choose from 35 investment options, including Vanguard Target Funds.
